Flat Wire Compression Spring:
We offer compression springs that are helical in shape and have an open coil. These compression springs apply an opposing force to the compression along the axis. These springs offer good resistance to linear compressing forces and are among components that efficiently store significant amounts of mechanical energy in them. Characteristics: The gap between the successive coils is larger. It is made of round wire and wrapped in cylindrical shape with a constant pitch between the coils. By applying the load the spring contracts in action. Capacity: Bar dia. 1 mm Upto 50 mm. Out side dia. 3 mm Upto 500 mm. Free height 10 mm Upto 1500 mm. Total coils as applicable. Load bearing capacity is depending on spring. Material Section: Round, Square, Rectangular taper, Flat or any special shape. Grade: 1mm upto 12mm IS:4454 Part-2 & Part-3 and 0.40mm upto 50mm.
